The resources we've assembled here may help you as you are having to make decisions related to Covid-19. As with any important medical decision, consult with your doctor on what is best for you and your family.

The mission of Citizen's Council for Health Freedom is "Protect health care choices, individualized patient care and medical and genetic privacy rights." It was co-founded by CCHF president Twila Brase in 1998. This trusted orgainization's website has myriad resources around medical options and considerations along with resources for legal information. 

This site includes a compilation of links to many other sites that you may review to be more informed on your journey around medical decisions.  Information on prevention, early protocols, physicians, and more can be found. 

Formed by leading critical care specialists in March 2020, at the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic, the ‘Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance’ is a  non-profit organization dedicated to developing highly effective treatment protocols to prevent the transmission of COVID-19 and to improve the outcomes for patients ill with the disease.

Exemption Resources

We've compiled a variety of resources around filing a religious exemption, which may also include medical exemption information.  If you will need to answer questions regarding exemption status, these sources may provide inspiration . 

This PDF offers great guidance on how to write a Religious Exemption with the advice to be sure to write about YOUR beliefs. It also provides resources to incorporate along with reasons why or why not to include some content.  

Find templates written by a Pastor to use as a starting point here. There is also informatino that may be helpful within the comments. 

This article provides some general information about exemptions and also reasonable accomodation provisions of federal non-discrimination laws that could apply to employer mandates.
